Electrical & Electronic Equipment Recycling

We provide a free take-back service for eligible waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE).

When you purchase a new electrical or electronic product from us, you can return an old like-for-like product for recycling, regardless of brand. This includes electrical products containing integral or rechargeable batteries, such as power banks and rechargeable audio products.

You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return your old product.

Please speak to a member of our team when returning an item.

For safety reasons, products containing damaged or swollen lithium batteries should not be placed in a general collection container. Please notify a member of our team so they can be handled appropriately.

Returned products will be passed to an appropriate recycling or treatment facility.

Electrical and electronic products should not be disposed of with normal household waste.
