Orders are fulfilled by our delivery partner Amazon, helping us provide a reliable delivery service and order tracking across the UK.
Purchases made through Core Accessories are not eligible for Amazon Prime delivery benefits. Delivery charges shown include VAT.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Where we have not agreed a delivery date with you, we will deliver within 30 days of your order. If we miss a delivery date that you told us was essential, you can cancel the order and we will refund you in full.
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information.
Your order remains our responsibility until it reaches you, or someone you have asked to take it in. If a parcel is lost or damaged before it reaches you, please contact us and we will put it right. You do not need to take it up with the carrier yourself.
Delivery locations
We currently deliver to addresses throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery to some remote or offshore locations may take longer than our standard delivery estimate.
